SAT Study Tip!

Studying for the SAT is a lot of taking the test over and over and over again. This gets tiring very quickly. And we often don't get our wrong answers resolved.

Don't worry, there is a way you can try and get your answers resolved/ figure out how you got a question wrong/ figure out the right way to do a question. CollegeBoard has answer explanations for each question on each section for all the practice tests that they've released. These answer explanation, unfortunately, tend to be wordy, confusing, and boring. When reading those answer explanations, it's easy to get distracted with all the words thrown around.

Instead of CollegeBoard's wordy answer explanations, I have started to use Gradeful's Youtube Channel. They have their own answer explanations and they go over each question in a way that is way more understandable. For each reading passage, they start off with a full reading of the passage and explain it for you to understand. They then explain each question in that passage. I personally only go to he questions I got wrong to see how I got it wrong, what the right answer is, and why that answer is right. The math sections answer explanations are the ones that I find the most helpful. Math is difficult because if you dont understand it/ got it wrong, you need to learn how to do it. These Gradeful videos are very helpful as they go step-by-step and work out each math problem.

I totally recommend Gradeful's FREE youtube channel to any student studying for the SAT.
